Project – Contact center establishing, organizing and managing

Steps:

  1. Establishing a contact center - equipping the workplaces, selecting telephony and Internet service providers, building up connectivity.
  2. Implementation of a call center solution.
  3. Recruitment and training of 20 operators.
  4. Teams’ organization for Incoming and Outgoing calls management.
  5. Organization of first level technical assistance.

The activity started after three months of preparations, and it has been functioning successfully for three years now.
